Electriciy Distributors Association (EDA)
The Electricity Distributors Association is the voice of Ontario's local electricity distributors, the publicly and privately owned companies that safely and reliably deliver electricity to over four million Ontario homes, businesses and public institutions.

Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO)
The IESO is a non-profit, regulated corporation that is responsible for the day-to-day operation of Ontario's electrical system and, in general terms, directs the flow of electricity from those that generate it to those that use it.

The Ontario Power Authority contributes to the development of a reliable and sustainable electricity system. We will encourage and facilitate conservation and adequate electricity supply from diverse resources.

Electrical Safety Authority
The Electrical Safety Authority is responsible for enforcing a level of public electrical safety across Ontario that will keep the residents safe where they live, work and play. The ESA offers a number of services such as General and Wiring inspections, Inspection Certificates just to name a few.

The Office of Energy Efficiency (OEE) is Canada's centre of excellence for energy conservation, efficiency and alternative fuels information. The OEE is mandated to strengthen and expand Canada's commitment to energy efficiency in order to help address the Government of Canada's policy objectives.
