When Will I Get My Smart Meter

During this year, all customers of Brant County Power will have a smart meter installed.

Residents who have an outside meter will not need to be at home when the smart meter is installed.  However, if the meter is not accessible, a representative of 'Olameter', the company contracted by Brant County Power Inc. to do the installations, will call and book an appointment.  Olameter representatives will carry appropriate identification and will not ask for your hydro bill or for you to sign any contract or documents.
